Bradley founded Yates Physiotherapy in 2017 with a vision to deliver elite-level care to everyday people. With over a decade of clinical experience and a background working with professional rugby league teams, Bradley brings expert knowledge and a genuine passion for helping people move better and live well. He enjoys motivating others to live their best life and finding the most effective solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Brad is a busy dad of three who trains regularly at the gym and enjoys playing social sports with mates. He grew up in Renmark and loves heading back to visit family and cruising along the Murray River. Growing up in the country shaped his strong values, including the importance of work–life balance, team culture, and supporting local businesses—values he proudly instils within the Yates Physiotherapy team.
Jacob is a physiotherapist who helps people understand their pain and get back to doing what matters to them.
He specialises in chronic and persistent pain, low back pain, jaw pain (TMD), and headaches, conditions he manages through an active, whole-person approach. Jacob works collaboratively to help people build confidence and the strategies they need to return to their preferred way of moving and exercising.
Jacob also offers telehealth consultations, making his care accessible to people who prefer to connect remotely or live outside the Adelaide area. His online sessions provide the same evidence-based, active approach as in-person appointments, empowering you to take charge of your recovery from the comfort of your own space.
With an extensive history in sports and resistance training, Jacob understands the profound value that exercise and movement hold for physical and mental health. He knows firsthand how frustrating and disheartening it can be when pain or injury gets in the way of doing the things you love. This lived experience shapes his approach: he creates a supportive, collaborative environment where you are seen as more than an injury, and where treatment is tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and values.
Outside the clinic, you will usually find Jacob at the gym, at the beach, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen—living the same active, balanced lifestyle he encourages in his patients.
Jacob's "why" is simple: to support people to move and exercise with confidence and give them the best opportunity to live their best life.
Originally from Tasmania, Ryan is a dedicated Physiotherapist who enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you are managing a recent sports injury, a workplace strain, or a long-term condition, Ryan’s goal is to help you return to the activities you love.
He brings a wealth of experience in specialist arthritis management, utilizing evidence-based techniques to reduce pain and improve joint function for both young and older adults. Ryan also provides expert pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, bridging the gap between surgery and a full return to daily life.
By combining a balanced approach of hands-on manual therapy and targeted strength-building, Ryan ensures your recovery is both effective and sustainable. Whether your goal is returning to high-level sport, gardening, or simply moving through your day without pain, Ryan is committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys pretending he’s still athletic in social sport, overcommitting to DIY projects, posting the occasional midlife-crisis gym photo, and sampling enough coffee to concern his cardiologist.
Jack is a physiotherapist who combines his love of sport, biomechanics, and helping people move better.
Having experienced his own share of injuries — including an ACL injury sustained while playing football — Jack understands how frustrating time away from sport, work, or everyday life can be, and how important the right rehab approach is for a confident return.
Jack takes a performance-focused and hands-on approach to rehabilitation, combining manual therapy with evidence-based exercise and strength & conditioning principles. His treatment style is practical, goal-driven, and tailored to each individual — whether that’s returning to sport, building strength after injury, or simply moving without pain.
Jack has a strong interest in ACL rehabilitation, drawing on both clinical expertise and personal experience to guide progressive loading, movement quality, and return-to-sport decision-making.
When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Jack checking his AFL Fantasy team, playing footy for the Coorong Cats during winter, attempting to swing a golf club in summer, or staying active — always followed by a coffee and a chat.
Jack’s clinical interests include:
Jackson is a motivated Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports and strength-focused rehabilitation. He enjoys working with everyone from everyday people wanting to move better and stay active, through to competitive athletes chasing performance goals. Whether your goal is walking comfortably around the block or lining up for an Ironman, his focus is helping you return to what matters most.
His clinical interests include lower limb injuries, specialist arthritis management, vestibular physiotherapy, and post-operative rehabilitation. He also provides shockwave therapy for persistent tendon and soft tissue conditions, combining it with progressive, evidence-based strength programs to build long-term resilience, not just short-term relief.
Jackson’s approach blends hands-on therapy, clear education, and structured loading plans so you understand exactly what’s happening and feel confident in the process.
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find him at the gym, relaxing at the beach, or planning his next trip. He’s recently taken up reading as a hobby (apparently physios can sit still) and can usually be convinced to tell a travel tale, typically centred around bold culinary experiments, or an unexpected plot twist along the way.

Tom combines hands-on treatment with tailored exercise prescription to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Outside the clinic, Tom enjoys spending time at the gym, heading out for a run, or unwinding with a good book at home. Just don’t get him started on football—you might find your appointment running a little late once he gets talking!
